    Who is this for?

    Athletes who put a lot of wear and tear on the body on a weekly basis.

    Objective of service: A thorough, full-body reset to help athlete increase range of motion, maintain current level of fitness and prevent injuries.

    Recommended frequency: 1-4 sessions per month. Pro Tip: Purchase a package for $56-$112 savings and use credits over multiple months.

  • Deep-Tissue Stretch Packages

    Who is this for?

    Athletes who need to have mobility concerns addressed and solved.

    Objective of service:

    Step 1: Consultation to understand the problem and map out the most effective deep-tissue stretch routine. Movement screen if applicable.

    Step 2: Conduct stretch routine based on plan of care.

    Step 3: Assign and teach supplemental homework for athlete to do on their own to achieve sustainable results. Retest movement screen if applicable.

    Recommended frequency: 4-8 sessions per month (1-2 times per week) for 1-3 months. Packages do not fall under a monthly subscription model. I assess progress month-to-month and only extend when necessary.

    Who is this for?

    Individuals who are looking to move, sweat and build confidence while achieving personalized fitness goals under the supervision and accountability of a fitness professional.

    Objective of service: Objectives vary based on client and fitness goals, but include fat loss, muscle mass growth, cardiovascular endurance, increased mood, greater quality sleep and improved skills (pull ups, gymnastics, etc.)

    Recommended frequency: 4-12 sessions per month based on fitness goal. (1-3 times per week)
